Group fitness classes and class descriptions

Kettlebell / Riikka In. Course number: 4218
During the class, the main focus of training is on the basic movements of the kettlebell. Kettlebell training can improve aerobic fitness, muscle fitness, balance and mobility. Take shoes, water bottle and towel with you. If you want, you can wear wrist guards (not necessary, but can make learning more comfortable at first).

30 participants will be admitted to the class in the order of registration. Registration is possible no earlier than 30 minutes before the class. Registration is done by signing the list of participants at the reception of Voitto.
