Indoor cycling / Auli Course number: 4214
Indoor cycling is a simple and efficient endurance workout. You can increase and decrease the tension of the bike; this is similar to riding up and down a hill. The instructor will show you how to adjust your bike in the beginning of the class. Suitable for both beginners and more experienced cyclists. Take shoes, towel and water bottle with you.

20 participants will be admitted to the class in the order of registration. Registration is possible no earlier than 30 minutes before the class. Registration is done by signing the list of participants at the reception of Voitto.
