Group fitness classes and class descriptions
Cardio+Core / Heidi Course number: 4100
Class consists of two 25 mins work blocks. The 1st one is CARDIO in which the focus is on endurance, speed and mobility. Cardio workout develops the capacity of respiratory system. 2nd block is the CORE in which the focus stays on muscle training of abs and back. Core workout develops also balance.
