The Yoga & Pilates - class is a gentle but effective combination of yoga that improves body mobility and Pilates, which strengthens the muscles of the middle body. The lesson focuses on calm exercises to develop muscle and joint mobility, and strengthens the musculoskeletal system of the middle body. Does not contain difficult movements, so it is suitable for everyone!
