Group fitness classes

University Sports of Oulu organizes group fitness classes in city centre and Linnanmaa. There are many different classes with different levels.

Spring 11.1. - 9.5.2021

Participation with the Sports Pass, no pre-registration. If you have your own exercise mat please take it with you.

Group fitness class changes and cancellations are available by clicking the link of the class. We also notify class changes and cancellations on our Facebook page.

INTENSITY LEVELS
Red = Heavy: Challenging classes
Yellow = Medium-heavy: Suitable for all but more challenging classes than green ones
Green = Easy: Suitable for all
